HOMEMADE MAC & CHEESE

8 OZ OF ELBOW MACARONI 
2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER 
1 EGG 
1/2 CUP OF SOUR CREAM
5 OZ CAN OF EVAPORATED MILK 

1/4 TEASPOON OF DRY MUSTARD 
2 1/2 CUPS OF SHREDDED MILD CHEDDAR CHEESE 
DASH OF WHOLE MILK 
SALT + PEPPER 

Cook macaroni as box directs, drain, then pour back into pan over medium-low heat.
Add the butter, stirring until completely melted. Once the butter is melted, add the egg + evaporated milk + mustard + sour cream + salt + pepper. Add cheese and dash of milk, let cook until sauce thickens. Let cool, then serve and enjoy!

    mmm i could eat mac and cheese all day every day – okay maybe not that much – ha but its definitely one of my favorite dishes. but i'm going to try out the egg! never done that!
