3/4 CUP OF MILK
1/2 CUP OF OLD-FASHIONED OATS
1/4 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR
1/2 TEASPOON OF GROUND CINNAMON
Heat milk on the stove in a small sauce pan. Bring milk to a boil and add oats. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove oatmeal from heat and mix in brown sugar and cinnamon. Let cool, then serve with your choice of fruit (optional).
