3 tblspn butter, melted
1 1/2 cups of buttermilk
1/2 cup of milk
dash of vanilla
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2 cups of flour
2 tblspn of white sugar
Bring a medium skillet to medium-low heat
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, egg, and buttermilk.
Add a dash of vanilla
In a different bowl, add salt, sugar, flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Combine dry ingredients with liquid ingredients and mix well.
Add the 1/2 cup of milk and mix.
Spray or butter skillet and add a little bit of batter
Once batter begins to bubble around edges, flip over and let both sides brown
Remove from pan and add more batter.
Let them cool then serve warm with butter and syrup
