New favorite recipe! You’ll see a lot of Nutella around this blog, because I’ve been baking with it a lot lately. I found various recipes on Pinterest, and I collected them to make this one.
2 sticks salted butter, softened (1 cup)
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup Nutella + extra
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a medium bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, and sugars.
Add your eggs, one at a time. Mix in the vanilla until smooth.
Then add your flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until completely combined.
Add your 1/3 cup of Nutella by spoonfuls over your dough, then swirl lightly with a knife (do not over mix!)
Chill your dough in the fridge for 30 minutes, then roll medium size balls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Add about 1 teaspoon of nutella to the top of each ball of dough on the pan
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool before serving!
